Terms of Use for AnyAccent

By downloading or using the AnyAccent application (“App”), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Standard License Agreement

By using AnyAccent, you agree to be bound by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read the full Apple Standard EULA here:

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

AnyAccent offers premium content through auto-renewing subscriptions. We currently offer the following subscription periods:

• 1 Month
• 3 Months

Please read the following rules regarding our subscriptions, as required by Apple:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and will identify the cost of the renewal.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.

3. App Functionality and Offline Use

AnyAccent is designed to work offline. However, the initial download of the App, as well as the processing and verification of your subscription through the App Store, requires an active internet connection.
