Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the AI FlashCards mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Yadu Bhati (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly).
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings using the App Store after purchase.
Our Service allows you to generate flashcards using Artificial Intelligence. You are responsible for the content you generate. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the content generated by the AI models.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yadu Bhati and its licensors.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
